What Happens to Returns?
Every item you order from us is unique. Nevertheless, returned and cancelled goods do not simply end up in the bin with us; we ensure they get a second life:

Recycling and Repurposing: What we are not permitted to donate due to legal regulations (including items with personal designs or company logos) is handed over to a recycling company. These articles are also given a second life, for example, as protective insulation wool.
